From my very first contact with her, Natasha was warm, compassionate and genuinely caring. Everything she did while she was in our home was incredibly gentle and respectful, and there was never any sense of being rushed. Throughout the whole visit, she treated Scratch with such tenderness and respect, even telling him what a brave boy he was.
